The mortgage process typically involves several steps in order to obtain a loan to purchase an investment property.

Here are the general steps involved:

  • By submitting an application with The Mortgage Co. we will be able to determine how much you can borrow. I will review your financial information, credit history, and other factors before the loan is submitted.

  • Once you’ve been pre-qualified, you can begin searching for a home that fits within your budget and meets your needs. If you need any recommendations on finding a great real estate agent, I have some great referrals!

  • If you meet the criteria, you will receive a loan approval, which specifies the amount of the loan, the interest rate, other terms and conditions, how much you can borrow, and what their interest rate will be.

  • We will meet in person to sign the loan documents and finalize the transaction.

But don’t let any of this intimidate you. I will walk you through every step of the process!
